For patients enrolled in an active care package or continuity option, your appointment access and communication guidelines depend on your specific plan.
Please remember that clinical guidance, protocol changes, lab interpretation, supplement adjustments, and new symptom concerns must be addressed through the appropriate appointment or active care pathway.

Back to Health Functional Medicine does not provide urgent care or emergency care.
Please contact your primary care provider, urgent care, emergency services, or the appropriate medical professional for urgent symptoms, emergency concerns, medication emergencies, chest pain, severe shortness of breath, neurological symptoms, severe allergic reactions, uncontrolled bleeding, or any potentially serious medical issue.
Messages, forms, and appointment requests are not monitored for emergencies.
New Since Your Last Visit?
If it has been several months since your last appointment or your health situation has changed significantly, you may need a longer follow-up appointment or updated testing.
This allows Dr. Anya to properly review your current health picture and provide appropriate next-step guidance.
