Dr. Anya Szigeti, DC, DABCI, MBA, is a clinician, educator, and bestselling author of You Can’t Outrun Your Fork. As the founder of Back to Health Functional Medicine and creator of The Szigeti Method, she helps people build healthier lives through nutrition, practical lifestyle habits, and personalized care. She holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, certification in acupuncture, and Diplomate status with the American Board of Chiropractic Internists.

Angel’s Landing grew from her own experience of finding comfort and renewal on this land. Time among the trees, tending the garden, hiking the trails, and sharing meals with loved ones inspired her to create a place where others could experience that same sense of connection.
