    So I recently went to a workshop, facilitated by Dr. Anya, on inflammation and how it’s tied to food. Typically, I am always on the run and eat whatever looks and sounds good. I’ve had swelling around one of my ankles for a few months now, which is why I went to the workshop. The information that she went over was priceless and helped me to realize just how impactful my diet/ habits were on my body and energy . So, I switched it up for a few days. Being very mindful of what I was eating and drinking. For the first time in months, the swelling is gone and I have more energy. She also had some samples of a few dishes, so I bought her book because it’s loaded with recipes and they were delicious AND health. The small investment in time and money now will far outweigh the cost down the road. Thank you for doing what you do!
